Your Instructor
Leon Hite III, Also known as Coach Hite, is an energetic, innovative and passionate Inspirational speaker. Although his message is appropriate for people of all ages his special passion is mentoring young people and motivating them to think positively so they can become productive citizens in today’s society.
He is a graduate of Mannheim American High School in Mannheim, Germany, where he was class president for his last 3 years of high school. After graduation he attended Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tn., where he earned a Full Scholarship for football and later graduated with his B.S. Degree in Education. He then went on to Lindenwood University where he has earned a Master’s Degree in Teaching, Master’s Degree Education Administration. Coach Hite has is currently seeking his PhD in Christian Counseling at Dwight McDaniels Theological Seminary.
The passion that he has for people and his recognized success in inspirational speaking has led him to opportunities to coach business executives, principals, teachers and students of all ages.
Leon’s presentations are successful and inspirational for a number of reasons:
He has trained staff from various companies such as Clayco, Amgen Pharmaceuticals, Primerica, ACN, American teaching them such topics as Vision, Leadership, Tenacity and how to THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX. He has worked with Local School Districts such as Parkway, Rockwood and Kirkwood and has even ventured out of state to deliver his message as far as South Carolina, Dallas TX Tennessee and Huntsville Alabama to name a few. The major goal in Leon’s teachings is to teach people to help uplift others and this will in turn uplift them….
His conceptualization and innovation also comes from a strong family background and from several years of being under the tutelage and training of motivation speakers such as Les Brown, John C. Maxwell, Eric Thomas and Bishop T.D. Jakes.
Currently, Leon is Safety and Security Coordinator for the Jennings School District which is a small community of St. Louis neighboring Ferguson, Missouri. There he is a mentor to staff, students as well as a role model and coach. His is an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., Last but not Least, Leon is a husband to the beautiful Mrs. Tameka Hite and a loving father to Three Beautiful kids, but most of all he is a believer that JESUS Christ is his savior.
